D. Mark Fletcher
D. Mark Fletcher, CPA, is an outside director and Chairman for the Board. He is the senior partner in charge of the Tallahassee, FL office of Lanigan and Associates, P.C.. Mr. Fletcher has over thirty years of experience in public accounting and is a member of the Florida Society of CPA’s, the Alabama Society of CPA’s, and the Georgia Society of CPA’s.
