Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA is a $320 million federally-charted Farm Credit System-affiliated association headquartered in Marianna, Florida with offices located in Jay, Milton, Tallahassee and Monticello. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida operates as an agricultural and rural lender through a business structure of a stockholder-owned cooperative. The association originates and services loans for farms, ranches, timberland, recreational properties, agribusiness firms and rural homes.
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting or Finance, ten (10) years or more of proven experience in financial institution or cooperative accounting, and five (5) years supervisory experience. A Master of Business Administration and Certified Public Accounting designation is desirable.
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for fiscal operations in the areas of internal and external financial reporting, internal controls over financial reporting, internal audit oversight, budget preparation, tax planning, variance reporting, accounting, cash management, business planning, and other financial management and reporting to support maximization of economic return to stockholders.
Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Must be proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Farm Credit of NWFL, with offices throughout the Florida Panhandle, is seeking a Loan Processor for the Marianna office. This individual will be part of a team primarily responsible for preparing real estate and other loan closing documents. The ideal candidate will have education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate's degree in business or finance, four to five years of prior experience in preparing real estate or loan closing documents, working with a title company or as a paralegal in a firm focused on real estate transactions. Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail is critical. Must interact well in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other departments. Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
