Credit Analyst

Are you an analytical thinker and ready for growth? Farm Credit of Northwest Florida with offices located in Milton, Marianna,Tallahassee and Monticello is seeking a Credit Analyst.
The position includes independent analysis on loan requests of the association’s borrowers for the purpose of recommending approval, denial, or alternate structures.
The position requires education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Agri-Business or Economics and two to five years of commercial or agricultural lending/credit experience.
Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package.  Proficient in English and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Loan Officer

Are you an experienced lender that likes to hunt and fish or have a thriving passion for agriculture?  Looking for something different than just financing commercial property every day? Put your lending skills to use financing the type of properties you like to recreate on. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida with offices in Marianna, Monticello, Tallahassee, Milton and Jay is seeking a Loan Officer for the Milton office. The position will service an existing portfolio and center around formulating business development strategies to service agriculture in the community. The Loan Officer will use his/her knowledge of finance and agriculture to provide value added business and financial services to customers and prospective customers by matching products and services to those needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Agriculture and a minimum of 5 years of commercial or agricultural lending experience. Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K. Join Farm Credit of Northwest Florida and focus solely on loan production and leave the deposit gathering to the commercial banks. Proficient in English and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
