Chief Financial Officer
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA is a $320 million federally-charted Farm Credit System-affiliated association headquartered in Marianna, Florida with offices located in Jay, Milton, Tallahassee and Monticello. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida operates as an agricultural and rural lender through a business structure of a stockholder-owned cooperative. The association originates and services loans for farms, ranches, timberland, recreational properties, agribusiness firms and rural homes.
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting or Finance, ten (10) years or more of proven experience in financial institution or cooperative accounting, and five (5) years supervisory experience. A Master of Business Administration and Certified Public Accounting designation is desirable.
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for fiscal operations in the areas of internal and external financial reporting, internal controls over financial reporting, internal audit oversight, budget preparation, tax planning, variance reporting, accounting, cash management, business planning, and other financial management and reporting to support maximization of economic return to stockholders.
Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Must be proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
