Lori Naker Announced Director of Compliance & Loan Operations

MARIANNA, FL – Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA is pleased to announce the promotion of Lori Naker to Director of Compliance & Loan Operations.
Lori has been an integral part of the Association's compliance and operational framework, consistently demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory and loan operations processes in her former role as the Loan Operations Manager.
In her new role, Lori will oversee both Compliance and Loan Operations, guiding strategic initiatives that support regulatory excellence, operational efficiency, and continued service quality for FCNWFL’s members. She began her Farm Credit career in 2012 as an Associate Accountant and has since held several key roles, including Credit Analyst Trainee, Executive Assistant to the Chief Credit Officer, Corporate Secretary, and most recently, Loan Operations Manager.
Lori shared how she views the importance of her new responsibilities:
“I see this role as a direct contributor to the strength and reliability of our mission. By ensuring our lending practices, operational processes, and compliance programs are aligned with regulatory expectations and our own high standards, we protect the integrity of the Association and the members who depend on us.”
She also expressed gratitude to the colleagues who have influenced her journey:
“I’ve been really fortunate to work with people across Farm Credit who not only know their craft inside and out but never hesitate to share their knowledge. To my mentors, thank you for your guidance, your patience, and the way you pushed me to grow. And to my teammates, I’m grateful for the collaboration, the problem‑solving, and the sense of purpose we share. I’m excited to continue learning and moving the Association forward together.”
